Shipping Information

In-stock orders will usually ship the next business day. We are open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to Post Office boxes. If you have entered a PO Box for the shipping address, please choose USPS for shipping.

Puerto Rico

We do ship to Puerto Rico; however, we will not be able to ship to buildings or Condominiums without a physical (Street or Calle) address. We are sorry, but carriers will not validate these addresses, and often return the shipment to us.

Canadian buyers

Please be aware that UPS charges a Customs brokerage fee that is separate from the duties/taxes imposed by Canadian Border Services. UPS brokerage rates can be viewed here.

FedEx Clearance Entry Fees can be viewed here

USPS also charges a fee for Customs clearance, but it is a flat rate per piece, which, as of 2018-04-10 is $6.25 USD. Posted here (Customs Clearance and Delivery).

Shipments to Canada are typically not delayed, but carriers have no control over Canadian Customs. We will do our very best to ensure that the documentation is in order, but we can't control whether a shipment is delayed in Customs. Any applicable taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Canadian Border Services has a duties and taxes estimator here. Doors and cable clamps are US-manufactured, so charges are calculated under NAFTA.


Stock items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, if returned in new condition. Buyer pays return shipping, and we cannot refund shipping charges.

Please note that custom doors are non-returnable, so check your measurements carefully, and verify the dimensions on the quote that we give to you.
